Digital image of a document which is a compilation of genealogies. It includes an account of the genealogy of the Twelve Shīʿī imāms and their families, and traces several different lines of pīrs and sayyids, including the sayyids of the town of Arhang of Badakhshan (also known today as Ḥaḍrat-i Imām, after the reputed burial there of Imām Ḥusayn) as well as the lines of the sayyids of Hind, Rūm, Kūhistān, and a few others places. The text also includes the genealogy of Shāh Niʿmatullāh Valī and of Nāṣir-i Khusraw. | Location: Zībāk., Incipit: This is the epitaph of the great Sadat, whose descendants are the ruler of the universe and the summary of the beings, the lamp of the Sharia, the leader of the people of the Tariqat, the bookkeeper of the messengers, the light of the Muslims and the Muslims, Explicit: Shis Ibn Hazrat Adam, peace be upon him and peace be upon him 138; probably 1380 is intended (December 1960 - January 1961)., Original document is written in black ink on two long pieces of paper that have been taped together. The paper is very wrinkled and frayed but the text is mostly legible.
