Notes The text traces the genealogy of a certain Sayyid Sharīf through Sayyid Shāh Malang to the Prophet Muḥammad and then to Adam. | Incipit: Glorified be the praise of God, who is the successor of Adam and Noah, and the family of Abraham and the family of Imran, the descendants of each other, Explicit: On Tuesday, the seventh month of Rabi al-Akhr, year 1258, this genealogy of the sovereignty and nobility of Sayyid Sharif, the son of Sayyid Sultan Muhammad, was completed according to the Hajjagan collection by Sayyid Khan Ibn Shah Ismail Qalami, The text is a scroll that appears to be in good condition with little or no damage. The present document is a scan of a photocopy of the original. The photocopied document consists of 8 pages taped together. It is difficult to determine the condition of the original document from the reproduction.
