Leaves 132-143 detached. Mild staining, a few paper repairs, ragged edges., Origin: Text 1, 23 Jumādá II 1096 H [27 May 1685], by ʻAbd ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd al-Nabī al-Rammāḥī (leaf 74b). Text 2, Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1096 H [October 1685], by the same scribe (leaf 143b)., 1. leaves 2b-74b: Kitāb Mabādī al-wuṣūl ilá ʻilm al-uṣūl / Ibn al-Muṭahhar al-Ḥillī., 2. leaves 75b-143b: Ghāyat al-bādī fī sharḥ al-Mabādī / Muḥammad ibn ʻAlī al-Jurjānī., Treatise on Shiʻite law followed by a commentary upon it. \| Limp brown leather with blind-tooled fillets. \| On leaf 1a, several owner's stamps and notes of sale, two of which are dated 1183 H [1769 or 1770] and 1279 H [1862 or 1863].
