Immediately after the colophon and on the following page and folio is a short treatise on the good qualities of the Prophet by Muṣṭafá Afandī dated Jumādá al-Ūlá 1181 [1767]., Collection: Paper ; fol. ii + 79 + i ; catchwords ; Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 13 lines per page; frame-ruled in red., Description: Rubricated ; some vowel signs; watermarks (roman-alphabet lettering); MS in good condition., Origin: According to colophon copied 1180 (fol. 77a)., Incipit: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Praise be to God and peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen. The Sheikh Al-Hafiz Abu Issa Muhammad bin Isa bin Sawda Al-Tirmidhi said, Colophon: End in the year 1180 | Contemporaneous type II (with flap) binding in brown leather.
