Praise be to God who raised the status of the one whose lordship was lowered. Colophon: His author said, “Thank God, what I collected of the pearls of words and the charms of phrases was completed according to the explanation of the scholar Ibn Aqeel, and that was on a blessed Friday, just before the afternoon prayer, two nights ago of the glorious month of Ramadan, which is one of the months [of the year] one thousand one hundred and seventy-eight of the Prophet’s migration. The best blessings and peace of God be upon its owner, and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.” And his party and peace be upon him Amen | Unbound.
