Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and I bear witness that there is no god but God, alone, with no partner, Owner of the Day of Judgment... And then this is a summary of jurisprudence according to the doctrine of Al-Ahmad, the doctrine of Imam Ahmad. I exaggerated in its clarification..., Colophon: And the emptiness of the letter’s number was on the hand of the poor for his Lord, the rich, the young servant who confessed sin and negligence. He hoped for the pardon of his Almighty Lord, worthy of an answer. Al-Faqir and Al-Surur Al-Abadi, according to the Shafi’i school of thought, according to the Al-Azhari school of thought, on the blessed Thursday, the seventeenth of Jumada Al-Thani, in the year twenty-three after the millennium.
