Manuscript is damp-stained and mildewed, with a few repairs. Leaves 6-8 belong before leaf 5., Origin: Text 1, 3 Jumādá I, 758 H [24 April 1357], by Aḥmad ibn ʻAlī ibn Muḥsin al-Ḥusaynī (leaf 354b).
