The work is possibly Mukhtaṣar al-nashr, the abridgment by Ibn al-Jazarī, 833 [1429] of his own al-Nashr fī al-qirāʼāt al-ʻashr. Label on upper cover: "F.G A"., Collation: Paper ; fol. 73 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 19 lines per page., Description: Rubricated ; watermarks (crown-star; other unidentified with countermark roman-alphabet initials) ; MS in good condition., Beginning: في الميم اذا لقيت مثلها اوباء و فى الباء اذا لقيت مثلها ... باب ذکر هاء الكناية ..., Colophon: وبالله التوفيق واليه المرجع والمآب. تم | Later type II (with flap) binding in brown leather.
