Written in small naskh with elements of nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red. The text is written in seven columns framed by a red ink fillet. European glazed paper with watermark. Catchword on the verso of each leaf. Inscription on foll. 1a. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "al-ʻulūm al-adab 6". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 1032". Inscription in Arabic script on the lower edge of the text block: "... 15"., Incipit: Praise be to God, the bearer of praise and the one who deserves it... And after that, this is a great book that I wrote and I have not yet turned to it, briefly in jurisprudence, Explicit: May God’s blessings and peace be upon Muhammad and his family to the end of submission that leads to dignity in the abode of bliss, Amen, Amen, Amen, the book | Blue and white marbled paper pasted over brown leather on pasteboards for upper and lower covers and envelope flap.
