Several inscriptions, including ownership statements with seal impressions and verses of poetry praising this book on fol. 1a. Inscription "45" in Western numerals on the pastedown of the upper cover (corresponds to Brill's list, see Houtsma, M. Th. Catalog of manuscrits arabes et turcs, no. 313)., Collection: Paper ; fol. i + 128 + i ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 13 lines per page., Description: Rubricated ; overlining and other use of red; watermarks., Origin: Copy completed on a Thursday in the first decade of Dhū al-Ḥijjah 834 [Aug. 1431] (colophon, fol. 128b)., Incipit: As for after praising God, as for a word that has the meaning of a condition, so the fa was intransitive to it. Sebawayh said., Explicit: Because insulting the master is one of the necessities of hitting the boy, and this is a subject of redundancy (?) in it - -Al, but it is decreed for boredom, so it was limited to this amount, so it is not the case that the slander (?) is complete. | Type II (with flap) binding in dark brown leather and paper (different on each cover) over paper pasteboards.
