On the first and last sheets the imprint of a seal in which "سليم" and
"مصطفى" can be read; on the last page there is another, very indistinct seal impression. — good, brand new — Arabic script → Nastaʽlīq — paper — unfinished manuscript; maṯnawī verses in the meter sarīʿ in praise of Sultan Selim I (r. 918/1512-926/1520);
almost every section ends with the words "سلطان سلیم". The manuscript is connected and the correct sequence of leaves is this: 1, 34
-39, 2, 3, 8, 4-33, 40-90.
