Notes
thick cardboard, new binding — thick cardboard, new binding — black — Arabic script → Naskh — paper — This text discusses detailed rules regarding aspects of worship. The discussion is based
on the views of a number of scholars in the Shafi'i school of jurisprudence books. In the Thaharah chapter, as explained in other fiqh books, the author
explains problems such as the division of 4 wasilah thaharah (namely: water, land, stones
istinja, and najasah) and 4 maqasid thaharah (namely: ablution, bathing, tayammum, and
removes impurity). As for those related to Sharia law and based on custom
Shafi'i also has 4 things, namely worship, mu'amalah, munakahat (marriage), and jinayah
(criminal). Interestingly, the author connects Sharia law with wisdom
he found that God created humans with 4 potentials; reason, stomach, lust
sexual, and angry desires that are useful for improving their good condition
in matters of this world and the hereafter. In addition, practicing the considered pillars of Islam
have implemented Allah's regulations through the authentic and famous hadith of His Messenger:
”buniyal islaamu ’ala khomsin... ila Akhirihi”.
