treated in the Ottoman Empire. The ʿIšratnāme is a Maṯnawī and consists of 694 bait. It's about legends about
the origin of viticulture and the discovery of wine. Rawānī reports in detail
about the course of typical drinking rounds of that time, the dish previously served
