Notes Library binding, half leather — Clear writing, mixed vocalization. — black, red — Syriac script → West Syriac (Serto) — paper — I. Bl. 1-109v: Chronology of Simon of Šanḳelāwā, see No. 102 (SACHAU 108) and No. 103 (p. 153). The introduction (letter from Joḥannān Bar Zoʿbī and the author's answer) is missing here, also the questions and answers no. 24-30 and 37. Sections no. 13, 21, 22 here in a very shortened form. In section 33, one sheet (page 90) is blank left, which was missing in the template - according to the following marginal note: ܗαμμαμαμαμμαμαμαμαμαμαμαματερερερερες: ܐαμμμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμαμα. Correct order of the sheets: 1, 2, 4-9, 3, 10 etc. II. Sheet 109v-116r: A piece of the chronological work of George, Bishop of the Arabs, written in twelve syllable verses. Titel: ܡܐܡܪܐ ܒܢܝܫܐ ܕܡܪܝ ܝܥܩܘܒ ܡܛܠ ܟܪܘܢܢܩܘܢ ܕܥܒܝܕ ܠܓܐܘܪܓܝ ܕܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܥܠ There is a gap between sheets 110 and 111. The work is not a scientific chronology, but a collection of practical ones Rules for solving questions relating to the Christian church year. In this one The following questions are addressed in the fragment: the Fundamentum lunationis guard 111r; how to calculate a specific day in the lunar month p. 111v; how to do that individual moon phases calculated on sheet 112v; which year is a leap year p. 113r; Beginning of Lent p. 113v; how to tell from the beginning of one year's fasting and the following year calculated page 114r; Easter calculation there; second method for the same Invoice page 115r. The ending is missing. The copyist's signature follows without indication of a gap. From the division into 24 chapters, the Assemani I, 495 according to the Roman Hds. mentioned, Nothing can be seen in this fragment.
