mentioned!) Manāqibnāma about the teachings and work of the founder of the Šaʿbanīya order
Šeyḫ Šaʿbān Velī (d. 18. Ẕīlqaʿde 966/22 August 1559, see p. 74b. This short version of his great Manāqibnāma, with its draft ʿÖmer in the year 1017/1608-09
started (f. 4a) and which he did after much hesitation at the urging of his friends in Kastamonu
to the end, in particular by the Mufti of that city Šeyḫī Efendi
of 5 chapters divided into a series of sections/faṣl and subsections (menqibe,
lāyiḥa) disintegrate. The text has numerous corrections (deletions, additions, occasional traces of erasure)
on. f. 102a-104a: fetvās
