Starts for.4r with the article about المولى اسحق بن امير المومنين المهدي من الغراس The 4th part f.64v deals with the other scholars who wrote in the others to Kawkabān bordering districts to the end of Ṣaʿda, in 75 articles (القسم الرابع فى ذكر الافاضل مما يسامت بلاد كوكبان من الثلاث الجهات التى كشف معمورها عن نجابة فضلائها وآبان الى منتهى بلاد صَعْدّة).
