Notes Cardboard binding with green fabric cover, leather binding, brown leather spine with flap - old; some titles in red — Arabic script → Nastaʽlīq — paper — Persian adaptation of the Arabic work al-Mustaqṣā; it contains the biography of the Prophet (chapters 1-21) as well as those of the caliphs ʿUmar (chapter 23), ʿUṯmān (chapter 24) and ʿAlī (Chapter 25). Chapter 22 describes the events following the Prophet's death.
