Notes epic poem, mahākāvya It is about the birth of Kumāra (the war god Skanda), who is led by Śiva to fight is conceived against the demons. Fragment of the Kumārasambhava, contains, in addition to IV, 9-VII, 95, an eighth sarga (82), which describes the joys of the married couple (Śiva and Durgā). pp. 14-38. Pretty incorrect. Bl. 38 was in Chambers 792. IV. (45) to 15b. V. (78) - 21b. VI. (89)-26a. VII. (95) - 31a. VIII. (82) - 38. The question is whether this eighth sarga is really a fragment of the original work, that actually counted 22 sarga, or whether it is just a later sequel.
