About the changing arrangement of the adhy. 9 ff. of the Cikitsitasthāna in the Hss. and
Print see especially Hoernle JRAS. 1908, 999 ff., whose assumptions about the original
Order can be confirmed by this old ms. The passage in the Cikitsitasthāna above
the addition of Dṛḍhabala to the Carakasaṃhitā, which has been discussed in detail
von Hoernle, archive for business d. Medicine I, 30 ff. (1907), reads here f. 216 b with
all errors. The manuscript is a copy of No. 1648 ga of the Durbar Library in Nepal.
The original is written in 1183 AD (N. p. 303).
