carefully written - black - paper - fragment of the Āyurvedasārasaṃgraha of Mānaji, the disciple of Sumatimeru, from the
Kharataragaccha gender; written under the auspices of Lakṣmīdhara, the son
of Marudeva. The work is a compilation from various sources. The first section is over
taken from a book by Śaṃkarasena Kavirāja, according to the signature fol. 19a. This is followed by fol. 19b to 22b a piece from the Śārṅgadhara Saṃhitā, I. 5 beginning
to the middle of 6 (p. 79 below in the edition of Dattarāma Caturvedī, Bombay
1891), and then from fol. 22b until the end most of the Śārīrasthāna
Vāgbhaṭa's Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Adhy. I. 1-V. 129).
