The writing direction on the front and back does not match. The paper was
rotated 180° for writing. The two dots above the letter Q are always drawn together to form a line
(cf. U 241, U 297, Mainz 355). — black — Uyghur script → Square script — paper — text of historical content. The first part is about the construction of a dilapidated one
City called ordo uluš. The cities of Solmı and Bešbalık are also mentioned. The second part is a chronological account of the course of a Poṣatha ceremony
in Bešbalık in a mouse year. The text probably dates from the 10th or 11th century, in
where the city flourished. (Zieme 2009b)
