Notes	Cardboard binding with red leather spine, marbled paper - relatively large, strong and clear; not vocalized; Keywords red - Arabic script - paper - an explanation attributed to Ibn-ʿAbbās (d. 68/687) is more striking and rare Expressions of the Koran using verses from the oldest poets. The signature states that the handwriting from which it was copied was had some leaves damaged by rain and that the copyist therefore I had to leave out a few things here.
Sample Text	Praise be to God and peace be upon His servants whom He has chosen. This is a strange Qur’an reported from Ibn Abbas while he was sitting At the entrance of the Kaaba, people surrounded him asking him about the interpretation of the Qur’an - f. 101a He said, “And let them earn.” He said, “And let them earn.” Labid (Al-Taweel) said, “And that I did not come, and that // when I committed myself to a monk.” This is the last of Nafi’ bin Al-Azraq’s questions.
