Notes According to the colophon pictured, the copy was completed by an unnamed scribe on 14 Ṣafar 520 [AH/11 March 1126 CE]. The date is also given as in the Yazdijzid (Yazdegerdi) calendar. It is possible that the copy is in fact later and that the copyist transcribed the colophon from his exemplar.
