It is the complete translation of the third tab of the book titled Methodes Americaines d'education generale et technique, with the addition of some annotations.
It was initiated by the Royal Academy of Belgium. He was rewarded with the rank of moral scholar and politician.
It was granted with a "Sös Kripon" from the French Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
The front and back bindings are decorated.
The work has the seals "Istanbul Education Institute Library" and "Istanbul Men's Teachers' School Library, 1341".
