Notes There is nothing after the 6th volume. "Kavanin" is an Arabic word, its meaning is "laws" in the legal dictionary, and its Turkish equivalent can be given as "Registry of Laws". Sicilli Kavanini was first published in 1926 by Sarkis Karakoç. Registry Kavanini is divided into three main parts: First Part: Laws, agreements, contracts. Part Two: Comments. Third Part: Law provisions, directives. In the 1st volume of the Sicilli Kavanini, the laws, agreements, contracts adopted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey between 24 April 1920 and 31 October 1925, the provisions of the Ottoman Empire laws whose provisions are in force, etc. is located. There are six volumes in total and there is an alphabetical index at the end of each volume. The 4th volume also contains a comprehensive index of the first four volumes written in Arabic letters; Later volumes also include commentaries and Grand National Assembly Decisions. In the 12th volume, among the regulations, decrees and instructions in the 16th volume of the 3rd Order Dustur, those in force at the beginning of 1928 were collected and an alphabetical index was placed at the end of the volume. In the 13th volume, regulations, decrees and instructions for the years 1924-1934 are collected. Starting from the 17th volume, in addition to commentaries, decisions, regulations, decrees and instructions, there are also decisions of the Court of Appeals, unified jurisprudence and the State Council.
