The first upon the will of His Excellency the Sultan, whose honor was given to the examination and approval of the Mekteb-i Majlis-i Maarif, and to the publication and publication led by the supreme military office, to be taught to the first grades of the Imperial Civil Engineering School. It was published and represented for the first time in the "Tobhane-i Âmire" Printing House.
There is a record of presentation on the manuscript leaf of the work (Rıfatlı Hasan Efendi is a wonderful heirloom to my brother, 23 May 1308).
The work has the seal of "Marmara University Faculty of Science and Letters Library".
There is the seal of the author (Mustafa Rasim b. Esad) on the manuscript leaf of the work.
