A special order was prepared in accordance with the educational program of the secondary classes of the Mekâtib-i Rüşdiye-i Military School and the secondary school classes, and it was accepted and approved by the National Education Council.
It was issued with the license of the Ministry of Education.
On the 3rd page of the work, there is a note "Given as a gift by Fuad Bey, Deputy Director of Darülmuallimin" and a faint record on the last page of the work.
The work has the seals of "Istanbul Education Institute Library" and "Darülmuallimîn Library". It also has the "Karabat Printing House" seal.
