It is the complete translation of the third tab of the book titled Methodes Americaines d'education generale et technique, with the addition of some annotations.
It was initiated by the Royal Academy of Belgium. He was rewarded with the rank of moral scholar and politician.
It was granted with a "Sös Kripon" from the French Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
The work has an "Index" (987-93 pages).
This copy has the "Ministry of Education Mobile Teachers Library" emblem on the front outer cover, a "Memorandum" regarding the use of the book on the companion leaf, and a chart prepared to follow the course of this book in the country at the end of the work.
