It was accepted as a research by the Military Education Council.
At the end of the work there is "Hata - Sevab Table" (574-578 p.).
The front and back bindings are decorated.
The work has the seals of "Istanbul Education Institute Library", "Istanbul Male Teacher Training School Library" and the printing house (Mekteb-i Harbiye-i Şahane Printing House).
There is the emblem of the printing house (Mekteb-i Harbiye Şahane Matbaası) on the 2nd page of the work.
