The General Assembly of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met on Thursday, January 22, 1959, at 15:00, under the chairmanship of the Group Chairman, Yozgad Deputy Atıf Benderlioğlu.
The presence of the majority was determined by a roll call and the session was opened.
Moving on to the questions:
The questions of Erzurum Deputy Şevki Erker, which constitute the first and second articles of the list, about the draft State Personnel Law and whether it is capable of solving the civil servant issue, and Nevşehir Deputy Münib Hayri Ürgüblü's questions about opening negotiations on the measures regarding the number of civil servant and employee positions and their increase, were discussed together because they were of the same nature.
Deputy Finance Minister Hasan Polatkan gave the necessary explanations. • After the speeches of the appellants and some other deputies and the detailed and satisfactory explanations of the Prime Minister Adnan Menderes, the question was answered.
The delivery was terminated due to the delay.
