D.P. The General Assembly of the Parliamentary Group convened on Tuesday, 1.4.1952 at 15:00 under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman Abidin Potuoğlu. As a result of the poll, it was understood that there was a majority, and the meeting was opened/
1. The summary of the last minute was read.
2. As the presentation of the Board of Directors:
A) A two-minute silence was held to honor the souls of the deceased Konya MPs Ömer Rıza Doğrul and Ziya Barlas.
B) Kars Deputies Latif Küzüm, Bbas Çetin and Veyis Koçulu's C.H.P. The Party Presidency's memorandum stating that they resigned from the party and joined our party was read and presented to the general assembly.
C) The General Assembly resolution regarding the resignation of Giresun Deputy Arif Hikmet Pamukoğlu was read.
Ç) The report of the special commission formed upon the approval of Konya Deputy Abdurrahman Fahri Ağaoğlu was read and the commission's proposal and its referral to the relevant Group Specialized commissions were accepted.
D) It was stated to the group that the Interpellation, which was given by Amasya MP Cevdet Topçu about the Minister of Transport, Seyfi Kurtbek, and which had to be included in the agenda this time, was not included in today's agenda, as it was withdrawn by the mumaileyh.
Discussion was opened on the report of the 3rd Group Grain Specialization Commission and after many speakers spoke, it was accepted to move on to the articles of the said report. At the same time, since it would be appropriate to facilitate the negotiations by determining the controversial points between the Group Specialization Commission, the government and the temporary commission, in order to ensure and notify this issue, it was agreed that the appropriate and appropriate documents should be written under the report of the Group Specialization Commission and to be discussed after 15 days. The approval given by Niğde Deputy Fahri Köşkeroğlu, regarding the fact that the names and status of the opposition members were not stated was against the statute, was read and it was notified from the presidential office that this deficiency would be completed in the next session and distributed to the members.
The session was adjourned for 15 minutes.
4. In the second session, Konya Deputy Fahri Ağaoğlu was on the 3rd and 4th items of the agenda. He stated that he retracted his approval in the first articles.
5. Çankırı MP Kazım Arar's statement about Ankara Maternity Hospital was left to the next meeting since there was no Ministry of Health.
6. Seyhan Deputy Reşat Güçlü's oral questions about the automatic switchboard and the passport law were postponed to the next session as there was no questioner.
7. Muğla Deputy Natık Poyrazoğlu stated that he took back his oral question about summons, transfer and discharge matters.
8. Niğde Deputy Necip Bilge's oral question about a Minister appointed as a deputy instead of a Minister who resigned by resignation was postponed to the next session since the Prime Minister was not present.
9. Bediî Enüstün's statement regarding proportional election was read. Since there was no Prime Minister, it was postponed.
10. Çanakkale Deputy Bediî Enüstün's oral question about the article published in Reader's Digest magazine regarding the statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs was postponed since the Minister of Foreign Affairs was not present.
11. Since there was no other avenue to discuss on the agenda, the meeting was postponed to 15:15 on 8.4.1952.
