Summary of the minutes of the last meeting
The General Assembly of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met on Tuesday, 27.1.1953 at 15 o'clock under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman Osman Kapani.
As a result of the poll, it was understood that there was a majority, so the combination was opened.
1. The summary of the minutes of the last meeting was read.
2. Erzurum Deputy Memiş Yazıcı spoke about the summary of the minutes. Various orators spoke on this issue. As a result, the summary of the minutes was put to vote and accepted.
3. Apart from the agenda, a statement was given by Isparta Deputy Said Bilgiç and he took the floor to explain his statement. Minister of State Muammer Alakant spoke on the recommendation. Based on the proposal, it was accepted that it would be discussed as the first item on the agenda at the next meeting.
4. Kayseri Deputy İsmail Berkok's oral question about village development dated 11.10.1952 was discussed. It was answered by the Minister of Public Works and the Minister of National Education. The owner of the report spoke. The orators expressed their opinions.
5. Erzurum Deputy Memiş Yazıcı's question dated 13.11.1952 about the contacts of Members of Parliament with Ministers and General Managers was answered by the Minister of State.
6. Discussion of the oral question of Erzurum Deputy Memiş Yazıcı, dated 13.11.1952, about Raman Petroleum facilities started. It was answered by the Minister of Enterprises. The questioner spoke. Various orators expressed their opinions. Since the name of the former Minister of Enterprises is in question in this matter, the former Minister and the Minister of Enterprises Sıtkı Yırcalı will be present, in accordance with the statement given by Izmir Deputy Necdet İncekara.
At a meeting, it was decided to continue the conversations.
7. Erzurum Deputy Memiş Yazıcı's question about the Soil Products Office, dated 13.11.1952, since the Minister was not present.
Kastamonu Deputy Şükrü Kerimzade's 14.11. The question dated 1952 about our economic situation, imports and exports, since the Minister was not present.
The proposal of Afyonkarahisar Deputy Ali İhsan Sabis, dated 14.11.1952, regarding the general situation of the country, since there is no Prime Minister.
The questions of Erzurum Deputy Bahadır Dülger and Gaziantep Deputy Süleyman Kuranel, dated 17.11.1952, about the Academy of Fine Arts were postponed to the next meeting as they were not present.
8. Istanbul Deputy Ahmet Hamdi Başar's proposal regarding the new forest law draft, dated 15.11.1952, was dropped because he was not present at the meeting twice in a row.
9. Bursa Deputy Agah Erozan's question dated 28.11.1952 about the (1000) bed hospitals to be built in Adana and Diyarbakır was answered by the Minister of Health. The questioner expressed his thoughts. Various friends expressed their opinions.
Due to the lateness of the time, the meeting was terminated to be held on Tuesday, 3.2.1953 at 15 o'clock.
