Approval of Konya Deputy Abdürrahman Fahri Ağaoğlu requesting to open a discussion in the Group regarding paragraph (B) of Article 39 of the Pension Fund Law.
The General Assembly of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met on Thursday, November 26, 1959, at 15:00, under the chairmanship of Deputy Bursa Deputy Mazlum Kayalar.
By polling, it was determined that the majority was present. The session was opened.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Moving on to the questions:
The oral questions constituting the 1st, 4th, 7th and 8th articles of the Ruzname and the approval of Konya Deputy A. Fahri Ağaoğlu were removed from the agenda because the people who asked the questions and comments were not present for the second time.
The question of Istanbul Deputy Sedat Çetintaş, which constitutes the third article of the list, was stated that his situation will be taken into consideration by the board of directors because the questioner requested to be postponed to another hearing due to his illness and should not be present at the first discussion.
Since the Deputies were not present at this hearing, the second and sixth articles of the list were postponed for the next hearing.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs responded to the oral question of Bursa Deputy Müfit Erkuyumcu and Sakarya Deputy Haraza Osman Erkan, which constituted the fifth item of the agenda.
Since there was no other item in the list, the meeting was terminated to be held on Thursday, December 3, 1959 at 15:00.
