Last meeting minutes summary
The General Assembly of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met on Thursday, March 27, 1958, at 15:00, under the chairmanship of the Group Chairman, Bursa Deputy Haluk Yaman.
I- A roll call was made and since it was seen that the majority was present, the session was held.

II- The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. III- We started with the questions.
1- Oral questions from the Trade Representative regarding the situation of the producer and the FUAT given by the Edirne, Kırklareli and Tekirdağ Deputies and placed on the luxury rice produced by Thrace; The question was removed from the agenda because they declared that they took it back from the podium.
Proposals were made regarding the parliamentary investigation.
1- After the discussions on the proposal given by Ankara Deputy Faik Ahmet Barutçu and Malatya Deputy Nüvit Yetkin, regarding the necessary amendments in the election law and opening a Parliamentary Investigation in accordance with Article 177 of the Internal Regulation, regarding the judicial guarantee, the proposal given by Denizli Deputy Baha Akşit and Isparta Deputy Kemal Demiralay regarding the rejection of the amendment was put to vote. Since it was accepted, it was unanimously decided to reject it.
Following the discussions on the proposals given by Ankara Deputy Faik Ahmet Barutçu and Malatya Deputy Nüvit Yetkin, requesting an investigation into the relevant State Deputy and Internal Affairs and Courthouse Deputies at that time due to the elections of 27 October 1957, Denizli Deputy Baha Akşit, Konya Deputy Himmet Ölçmen and Giresun Deputy Mazhar Şener. Since the rejection of the proposal was accepted by the student, the proposal was unanimously rejected.
Since there was no other item to be discussed on the agenda, the meeting was concluded on Thursday, April 3, 1958, at 15:00.
