Last Session Minutes
The General Assembly of the Democratic Party parliamentary group met on Monday, 31.10.1955, at 10 o'clock, under the chairmanship of Deputy Bursa Deputy Haluk Şaman.
It was seen that the majority was present and the session was opened.
1- As a result of the election held among the candidates who could not meet the quorum for the Administrative Chief, Kocaeli Deputy Nüzhet Akın won with (228) votes, and İzmir Deputy Mehmet Aldemir won with (2015) votes,
2- In the first round of the D.P Assembly Group Administrative elections, it was understood that Trabzon Deputy Mahmut Goloğlu with (264) votes, Tekirdağ Deputy Zeki Erataman with (257) votes, Sivas Deputy Rifat Öçten with (1889) votes, Denizli Deputy Baha Akşit with (185) votes and Giresun Deputy Hamdi Bozbağ with (178) votes were elected by completing the quorum.
3- It was observed that no candidate could fill the quorum in the election of the Council of Dignity. The Meeting was terminated to convene at 10 o'clock on Tuesday, November 1, 1955, in order to continue the elections among those who could not meet the quorum for membership in both the Board of Directors and the Council of Honor.
