Notes The General Assembly of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met on Tuesday, October 31, 1956, at 15:00, under the chairmanship of Abidin Potuoğlu. 1- Roll call was made. Since it was seen that there was a majority, the hearing was opened. 2- The minutes of the last meeting were read. Since there was no one to speak about this summary, other articles of the list were moved on. 3- The certificate of the classification committee of the candidate election of the Administrative Directorate held on October 30, 1956 was read. Since only Nüzhet Akın filled the quorum in the candidate elections for the 3 Administrative Heads and the others could not fill the quorum, it was notified by the Presidency that there will be a re-election of two Administrative Heads. An election was held and Uşak deputy Orhan Dengiz and Balıkesir deputy Ahmet Kocabıyıkoğlu were elected as candidates for parliamentary administration chief. 4- D.P. in the 4th article of the Ruzname. Group Board of Directors election was held. As a result of the classification of the votes, Denizli deputy Baha Akşit, Seyhan deputy Ahmet Topaloğlu, Eskişehir deputy Hicri Sezen, Konya deputy Hikmet Ölçmen, Giresun deputy Hamdi Bozdağ, Isparta deputy Kemal Demiralay, Denizli deputy Hamdi Sancar, Ankara deputy Ramiz Eren, Tekirdağ deputy Zeki Erataman, Sivas deputy. It was understood that deputy Rıfat Öçten and Gümüşhane deputy Halit Zarbun were elected by meeting the quorum. 5- The election of the Dignity Council, which constitutes the 5th article of the Ruzname, was started. Although there was no majority in the group, it was understood that only 180 votes participated in the election and 180 votes did not constitute the quorum in accordance with the Internal Regulations, and since there was doubt whether the election would be considered valid or not, it was decided to submit it to the vote of the General Assembly. Due to the delay, the session was concluded at 15:00 on Tuesday, November 13, 1956.
