D.P Parliamentary Group General Assembly convened on Tuesday, 22 May 1951 at 15:00 under the chairmanship of the Group's second chairman, Eskişehir Deputy Abidin Potuoğlu •
The summary of the minutes of the last session was read and accepted.
As a result of the negotiations that took place regarding the proposal of Zonguldak Deputy Abdurrahman Boyacıgiller regarding the Government's inclusion of the Group on Foreign Policy, it was decided to refer the proposal to the Board of Directors to be included in the agenda. Konya Deputy Ziya Barlas's parliamentary question was postponed to the next agenda due to the Minister of Health being in Europe. Niğde Deputy Necip Bilge's question was due to the Minister of Internal Affairs being on a trip. The future was put on the agenda, the discussion of Bursa Deputy ARİF Aybar's question about Ziraat Bank continued, and after criticism and defense by several friends upon the explanation given by the Minister of Commerce, it was concluded that the Government was sensitive on this issue.
After this, the questions of Zonguldak Deputy Hüseyin Balık and Afyon Deputy Ali İhsan Sabis were left to the future agenda due to the Ministers of Internal Affairs and National Defense being on a trip, and the session was adjourned for 15 minutes.
As a result of the roll call when the second session was opened, there was no majority, so the session was adjourned to meet at 15:00 on Tuesday, 29.5.1951.
