Summary of last session minutes
D.P. The General Assembly of the Parliamentary Group convened on Tuesday, 13.5.1962 at 15:00 under the chairmanship of Balkan Refik Ş.İnce.
As a result of the poll, it was understood that there was a majority, so the combination was opened.
1. The summary of the last session minutes was read.
2. The President said that 7 full and 7 substitute members to be sent to the European Council consultative assembly would be elected, and the election was held.
3. The opinion of the Prime Minister regarding Konya Deputy Fahri Ağaoğlu's proposal regarding the preparation of a new constitutional draft was heard and some friends also expressed their opinions on the subject.
4. Following Burdur MP Fethi Çelikbaş's suggestion that the Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs give an explanation about his trip to Greece, a detailed explanation was given by both the Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuat Köprülü and the Prime Minister, and the opinions of the friends were listened to.
The President said that the discussion that took place, considering that Kırklareli MP Zeki Eretaosn also made a TFC recommendation on this issue, was an answer to the recommendations of both MPs.
5. The Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister responded to Niğde Deputy Necip Bilge's statement dated 15.1.1952 regarding what the Prime Minister thought about the 40th street of the constitution, and ideas were exchanged on this subject.
6. The President announced the election results. After he announced that a second election would be held for the reserves, the proposal to hold a new election by counting the 7 people after the principals as reserves was put to vote and accepted. As a result, it was understood that the Members of Parliament whose names are written below were elected.
