The General Assembly of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met on Thursday, February 4, 1960, at 15:00, under the chairmanship of Denizli Deputy Baha Akşit, one of the deputy chairmen of the Group.
A roll call was made and it was determined that the majority was present and the session was opened. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The questions started.

1- The question in the first article was dropped because two appraisers were not present at the hearing.
2- The relevant deputies answered the questions constituting the second and third articles. It was announced by the Presidency that the questions following the speeches of the appraisers and some Deputies were answered.
