The parliamentary group convened on 24.06.1950 under the chairmanship of Izmir MP Dr Ekrem Hayri Üstündağ.
The report of the Group Justice Specialization Commission was read regarding the principle decision of the minutes review commission that it did not have the authority to examine the objections on site.
After discussing the issue, it was unanimously approved that the principle decisions taken by the minutes review commission should not be accepted.
The second session was opened under the chairmanship of Eskişehir MP Abidin Potuoğlu.
It was decided that Sinan Tekelioğlu's proposal regarding the no-confidence statement would be put on the agenda for Monday.
Subsequently, discussions were held on the issues whose principles were resolved regarding the restrictions on the export licenses of Manisa MP Taşkent and his friends, and after Kıpçak, Gündeş, Demirelli, İnce, Güçlü, Mocan, Adnan Menderes spoke, it was agreed that this motion, which was about the processing of the question, should be removed from the form of a proposal and turned into a wish.
Then, the explanation given by Adnan Menderes to the proposal of the Elazığ MP Clerk about not prolonging the citizens' affairs was deemed sufficient.
Adnan Menderes's opinion on Tekelioğlu's motion regarding the opening of no-confidence that there should be no interpellation since it was not available was put to vote and accepted.
