D.P. The Parliamentary Group Delegation convened under the chairmanship of Muzaffer Kurbanoğlu at 15:00 on Tuesday, 18/1/1955. As a result of the poll, it was understood that there was a majority, and a hearing was opened.
1- The minutes of the last session were read.
2- The oral questions of Trabzon Deputy Mahmut Goloğlu from the Customs and Exemptions Deputy, Bursa Deputy Agah Erozan from the Economy and Trade Deputy, and Bolu Deputy Ahmet Hatı from the Public Works Deputy were postponed to the next hearing as the relevant Deputies were not present.
3- The deputy answered the oral question of Izmir Deputy Mehmet Ali Sebük from the Deputy of the Courthouse about the law of court affairs and civil procedure. The questioner expressed his opinion. Discussion of the issue has been completed.
4- Burdur Deputy Behçet Kayaalp was removed from the agenda because he took back his oral question from the Courthouse deputy.
5- Antalya Deputy Burhanettin Onat's oral question from the Public Works deputy was postponed to the next hearing as there was no deputy.
