Since it was seen that there was a majority, the session was opened. 2- Last Meeting Minutes were read. 3- Presidency Council Presentations; 7,8,9 of the Group Schedule of Kocaeli Deputy Selami Dinçer and Kastamonu Deputy Ali Muzaffer Tanöver dated Tuesday, January 17, 1956. Two memorandums stating that they retracted the questions constituting the articles were read and their opinions were presented to the group. Reis, in his presentation statements; He declared that the proposal of the chairman of the council, Rize Deputy Osman Kavrakoğlu, to explain to the group the reason why Maraş Deputy Abdullah Aytemiz was not invited to the joint Dignity Council meetings dated 12/01/1956, was notified to the General Assembly, and that the answers would be presented to our next group. 4- Rize Deputy Kemal Balta took the floor.
