D.P. The General Assembly of the Parliamentary Group convened on Tuesday, 8.4.1952 at 15:15 under the chairmanship of President Refik Ş.İnce. As a result of the poll, it was understood that there was a majority, so we united and opened
1. The summary of the minutes of the last session was read. Konya Deputy Fahri Ağaoğlu objected to the summary of the minutes and took the floor. He stated that among his oral questions on the previous agenda, the one about the reorganization of the Constitution was not withdrawn by him and that it should be discussed as the first item of the agenda.
In the first item of the agenda, the President declared that there was no obstacle to discussing this issue and Fahri Ağaoğlu's explanations on this issue were listened to. After that, some Members of Parliament also expressed their views and opinions. Deputy Prime Minister, who took the floor, stated that Party and Government Chairman Adnan Menderes had the authority on this issue, and requested that the answer be left to the next agenda, and İhsan Gülez's memorandum on this issue was read. The proposal was accepted and put on the agenda for the future*
2. Çankırı Deputy Kazın Arar's oral question about Ankara Maternity Hospital dated 18.7.1951 was discussed. Answered by the Minister of Health.
3. It was reported to the group by the Chairman that Seyhan MP Reşat Güçlü's oral questions dated 29.11.1951 from the Minister of Transport regarding the reason for giving the automatic power plant, which was decided to be dismantled from Ankara and given to Adana, to Eskişehir, and from the Prime Ministry dated 29.11.195 about the implementation of Article 17 of the Passport Law No. 5682, were rejected because the questioner was not present at the session twice.
4. The question of Niğde Deputy Necip Bilge, dated 15.1.1952, was left to the future agenda since the Prime Minister was not present.
5. Discussion was opened on the oral question of Çanakkale Deputy Bediî Enüstün, dated 23.1.1952, regarding the proportional system procedure in elections. Answered by the Deputy Prime Minister.
6. Çanakkale Deputy Bediî Enüstün's question to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Readers Digest magazine, dated 23.1.1952, about the words of the American Ambassador was answered by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
7. It was reported that İzmir Deputy Pertev Arat waived his oral question dated 11.2.1952 about the visit of Greek Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Sofoklis Venizelos to our country.
8. Afyon Deputy Ali İhsan Sabis' oral question from the Minister of National Defense, dated 13.2, 952, was postponed due to the absence of the Minister.
9. Ankara Deputy Cevdet Soydan's question about the delimitation of forests asked for respite as he went to the Ministry late and was left to the future agenda.
10. The oral question of Kütahya Deputy Necdet Alkin, dated 14.2.1952, about the confirmation and future ceremonies of Ministers and High Civil Servants was answered by Deputy Chief Referee Samet Ağaoğlu.
11. Erzurum Deputy Emrullah Nutku's question, dated 27.2.1952, was left to the next agenda since he was not present.
