Last session minutes summary
D.P. The Parliamentary Group General Assembly convened on Tuesday, 12.2.1952 at 15:00 under the chairmanship of Group Chairman R.Ş.İnce.
1. The summary of the minutes of the last session was read.
2. Zonguldak Deputy A.Boyacıgiller and Ç.Kale M.V. D.P. that Süreyya Endik was expelled from the party by the Dignity Council.
The memorandum dated 11.2.1952 and numbered 1/187, coming from the Presidency of the General Administrative Board, was read.
Before the report prepared by the 3rd Group Agricultural Specialization Commission was read, the Minister of Agriculture, as the Government, took the floor. He made explanations and as a result, it was decided that the proposals of Şefik Bakay and Abdullah Gedikoğlu should be taken into consideration, the opinion of the Government would be taken into account and distributed to the members, and then the issue would be discussed.
4. Konya M.V. Fahri Ağaoğlu's proposal on the preparation of a new Constitutional draft was read. Speaking was Ağrı M.V. Celal Yardimci said that the issue was very important and that it should be printed and distributed to the members and that the discussion be postponed to the next session. The Chairman notified that the issue was postponed to the next agenda as a proposal, as the importance of the issue was understood by the Group.
5. The Minister of National Defense answered the oral question of A.İhsan Sabis.
6; Konya M.V. Fahri Ağaoğlu's question about fishing
Since the part up to the third article concerns the Ministry of Economy, it was left to the future agenda. The Deputy Prime Minister answered the part of the same question regarding the creation of deputy ministerial positions.
7«Çankırı M.V. Kazın Arar's question about Ankara Maternity Hospital was left to the future agenda since the Minister of Health was not present.
8. Kocaeli M.V. Mümtaz Kavalcıoğlu's question about Yozgat Freighter was discussed. The Minister of Transport gave an explanation.
9. Amasya M.V. Cevdet Topçu's article about Adapazarı wagon workshop
The question was read. The Minister of Transport gave an explanation. The discussions were postponed to the next meeting to continue.
10. Seyhan M.V. Reşat Güçlü's question about the Passport Law was left to the future agenda since he was not present.
Due to the late hour, the session was adjourned to meet at 15:15 on Tuesday, 19.2.1952.
