| Notes | Last session minutes summary. D.P. The General Assembly of the Parliamentary Group met on Tuesday, 6.5.1952 at 15:00 under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman Esat Budakoğlu. The combination was opened as it was determined that there was a majority by polling. 1. The summary of the last session minutes was read. . The quarterly account summary of the 2nd Group Board of Directors was read and accepted. 3. Negotiations continued on the third and fourth articles of the comparative report prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture regarding the draft forestry law. Erzurum Deputy Fehmi Çobanoğlu's opinion on the adequacy of the negotiation on this issue was read and accepted. The proposal given by Aydın Deputy Lütfi Ülkümen (current forest boundaries are accepted as the basis for delimiting forests and areas opened before 31.12.1951 are excluded from forest boundaries) was put to the vote and was accepted by the majority. 4. Discussions were held on the development of forest villages and internal settlement. Various friends expressed their partial views on this issue. It was understood that the Group quorum was not present during the decision-making principle, and the meeting was terminated to meet on Thursday, 8.5.1952 at 15:00. |
