The General Assembly Meeting of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group was held on 14 November 1950 under the chairmanship of Fuat Hulusi Demirelli.
It was voted and accepted that the Board of Directors would also form Specialized Commissions for important issues within the existing Specialized Commissions, also from members of the group, that each member of parliament would speak on the oral question submitted to the Group, and that the Government would give explanations to the Parliamentary Group every two months.

Minister of Agriculture Nihat İğriboz answered oral questions. At the Group General Assembly meeting held on Tuesday, November 14, 1950, the following issues were decided in general: 1- The Group Specialized Commissions to be established in accordance with Article 72 of the Party Charter should be established as equivalent to the Parliamentary Specialized Commissions, as in the last term meeting, and the addition of new ones deemed necessary by the Group Board of Directors, and the selection of the Specialized members to be assigned to these new commissions by the Group Board of Directors. 2- Conversations regarding the questions given by our group friends are free and other friends who wish can participate in these conversations. 3- Apart from the speeches and statements to be made ex officio or on a question that may arise in case of any necessity, it has been decided to amend the periods in the proposal of the group board of directors to make statements about the 6-month activities of the government and the issues of the government program realized during this period, one in the first days of November, which is the opening date of the parliament, and the other in the days leading up to the summer break of the parliament, every 2 months. It has been observed that the wishes expressed by the Group Administrative Board were warmly approved by the Group Board of Directors so that our esteemed Group members would show more sensitivity in attending the Parliament and Specialized Commissions and inform the Assembly and Group Presidencies during their departure in accordance with the provisions of the statute.
