Last meeting minutes summary
D.P. Parliamentary Group General Assembly on Tuesday, 3.2.1953. It convened on 15th under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman Abidin Potuoğlu.
Since it was understood that there was a majority by polling, the meeting was opened.
1- The summary of the minutes of the last meeting was read.
2- As the presentations of the Board of Directors, Isparta Deputy Said Bilgiç
The General Assembly's memorandum stating that Tahsin Tola and Tahsin Tola were expelled from the party was read. *
3- Since it was determined by the Board of Directors that the questioner in the second item of the agenda was disconnected from the party and that the answering of a question by another Member of Parliament was not deemed to be in accordance with the statute, the third item of the agenda was moved on after speeches were made both in favor and against the procedure upon the determination of the presidium that would be necessary to move on to the third item of the agenda.
4- Erzurum Deputy Memiş Yazıcı's question about the soil crops office was dropped because he was not present twice in a row.
5- Kastamonu Deputy Şükrü Kerimzade's question about our economic situation* and our imports and exports was left to the next meeting as he was not present.
6* Afyonkarahisar Deputy Ali İhsan Sabis' question about the general situation of the country was dropped because he was not present twice in a row.
7- The question of Erzurum Deputy Bahadır Dülger and Gaziantep Deputy Süleyman Kuranel about the Academy of Fine Arts was answered by the Minister, and the questioner expressed his opinion.
3- Bursa Deputy Agah Erozan's question about the benefits of continuing to the next grade for those who fail a course was answered by the Minister. The questioner and various orators expressed their opinions on this issue.
The session was adjourned for 10 minutes, and since there was no majority in the second session, the meeting was terminated to be held on Tuesday, 10.2.1953 at 15 o'clock.
