D.P. The General Assembly of the Parliamentary Group convened on Tuesday, 17.6.1952 at 15:00 under the chairmanship of Abidin Potuoğlu, one of the Deputy Chairman.
Since it was understood that there was a majority, the combination was opened.
1. The summary of the last session minutes was read.
2. Before moving on to the agenda, D.P.'s presentations from the Board of Directors. With the resignation of the Parliamentary Group Chairman, Manisa Deputy Refik Şevket İnce, it was announced from the presidency that the Parliament would discuss the summer recess.
President Refik Ş. A discussion was opened about İnce's resignation, many orators talked about the allegations and opinions in the resignation letter and its transmission to the press, and in the meantime, the Prime Minister and Refik Şevket İnce's explanations were listened to and it was decided that the issues put forward in the resignation letter did not exist and were only the personal opinions of Refik Şevket İnce and were not approved by the Group, and that this issue would be published with a notification.
3. As a result of the discussion about the summer recess of the Parliament, it was decided that it would be appropriate for the Parliament to recess on Friday, June 20, 1952, to convene on November 1, 1952.
Due to the late hour, the meeting was ended at 20:15.
