Notes
The Democratic Party Parliamentary Group met at 15:00 on November 7, 1953, under the chairmanship of Istanbul MP Fuat Hulusi Demirelli, and after approving the account report and balance sheet showing the expenses of the Board of Directors between 22.05.1950 and 01.11.1950, the Group Dignity Council election was held.
At the end of the classification of the votes, 265 deputies participated in the election; Ankara Deputy Osman Talat Aytekin won 142 votes, Balıkesir Deputy Müfit Erkuyumcu won 106 votes, Sivas Deputy İlhan Dizdar won 93 votes, Ankara Deputy Ramiz Eren won 93 votes, Maraş Deputy Abdullah Aytemiz won 88 votes and became a full member; It was understood that Konya Deputy Rıfat Alabay and Ankara Deputy Sadri Maksudi Arsal were elected as substitute members with 85 votes. Since there was no other item to be discussed on the agenda, the sitting ended at 17.15.
