Shelfmark: MS Or 466 - GREEN BOX. Origin: Item is undated, but probably produced in the 19th century. Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in blue, gold, orange and black with polychrome floral fill above a painting of a hunt scene; rubrications in red; border-rules in green, pink, red and blue. Script: Written in nastaʻlīq in black ink; pointed. Layout: 16 lines in two columns with a third outside marginal column of 11 angled lines; marginalia. Title supplied by cataloger. Manuscript leaf.. One leaf with poetry in Arabic on one side (recto) and a headpiece and painting of a hunt scene on the other side (verso) with the title "Qaṣāʼid-i Fārsī" under the headpiece; some marginalia in Persian.
